Privacy policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal data.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

Who we are

This website is run by Pixel Juice Digital Marketing Limited, registered in Scotland with company number SC836464, of 38 Cadogan Street, Glasgow G2 7HF. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. If you have any questions, email mark@pixeljuice.co.uk or call 07771 642779.

What we collect

  • Details you send through our contact and audit forms: your name, email address, phone number, website address and message.
  • Details you give when you book a call through Calendly, such as your name, email address and the time you choose.
  • Emails, calls and messages you send to us directly.
  • Information about how you use this website, collected by Rybbit, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies (see our cookie policy).

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare a free SEO audit or arrange a consultation.
  • To provide our services if you become a client, including reporting and invoicing.
  • To understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision making.

Our lawful bases

We rely on our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and improve our website, on contract when we provide services to you and on legal obligation for records we must keep.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the website and our business. They process data on our behalf and only as we instruct:

  • Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
  • Calendly, which manages call bookings.
  • Google (Google Workspace email, and Google Maps on our contact page).
  • Rybbit, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies or store IP addresses.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. If you become a client, we keep client records for as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To make a request, email mark@pixeljuice.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
